At Orivex Wellness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Include all original accessories, manuals, charging cables (if applicable), and documentation.
- Include your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@orivexwellness.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
If your return is approved, we'll provide a return authorization, the return shipping address, and instructions for returning your package.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged.
- The item is defective.
- We shipped the wrong item.
If your return qualifies under one of these situations, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us at support@orivexwellness.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue by providing a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer unless they arrived defective.
The following items are also non-returnable:
- Personalized or custom products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you're unsure whether your purchase qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different product, simply return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our standard return procedure.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@orivexwellness.com.
